Flowers in bloom, like the rising temperatures, are a sign summer is almost here. As they say, April showers bring May flowers, but if you attend the Garfield Park Conservatory, you can enjoy the scents of spring year round. The conservatory is free all year and open to the public. It is hard to get out into nature while living in the city, but this is one way you can do so without leaving Chicago.
